Graphic Design & Marketing

OCF Realty is a Philadelphia-based real estate brokerage offering residential sales, leasing, property management, and development services. Alongside its brokerage, the company publishes Naked Philly, a local publication covering real estate, architecture, and urban development throughout Philadelphia.

I joined OCF Realty in September 2023 as a Creative Assistant, collaborating with the Creative Director to produce marketing materials across print, digital, and social media. My early responsibilities included designing promotional collateral, photographing and filming properties, editing visual content, and supporting the company's day-to-day marketing initiatives.

As my role evolved, I took on larger design projects and greater ownership of the company's visual communications. In early 2025, I was promoted to Creative Designer, shifting my focus toward leading graphic design projects, developing marketing systems, and maintaining brand consistency across a wide range of print and digital materials.
